About the Role

We're looking for motivated professionals to join our team as SAP SuccessFactors Specialist.

You don't need prior SuccessFactors experience  we'll provide the training.

What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and apply problem-solving skills effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and support SAP SuccessFactors modules through structured training
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing support for system users

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High aptitude for learning new technology/software quickly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

A plus, but not required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field preferred (a plus, but not required)
  • Experience in HR, IT, or business operations
