About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Programmer with a focus on web development and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of both front-end and back-end programming, along with a keen interest in working with databases and data workflows. You will support the development and maintenance of responsive web solutions and assist with data integration, reporting, and automation tasks in a collaborative team environment. In addition to core programming duties, you may also be assigned other IT-related tasks such as providing support for existing systems, debugging issues, preparing technical documentation, or assisting with system and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Write and troubleshoot basic SQL queries, including DML and DDL operations
  • Assist in data cleaning, transformation, and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal systems and data needs
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting software projects
  • Support data analysis tasks to help teams make informed business decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in Python and PHP development.
  • Hands-on experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • At least 2 years development experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
