Job Summary
The Food Safety and Cleanliness Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed in compliance with company policies and government regulations. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, hygienic, and compliant food operation through proper monitoring, training, audits, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and sanitation programs in all areas of operation
- Ensure compliance with local and national food safety regulations (e.g., FDA/DOH, HACCP standards)
- Conduct regular food safety audits, sanitation inspections, and risk assessments
- Monitor proper food handling, storage, preparation, and waste management procedures
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of food safety activities
- Coordinate with operations, quality assurance, and regulatory agencies during inspections
- Lead cleanliness and sanitation initiatives across stores, kitchens, or production areas
- Review and approve cleaning schedules, sanitation chemicals, and pest control programs
- Stay updated on food safety laws, industry standards, and best practices
Training & Leadership
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Conduct refresher courses and onboarding food safety orientation
- Evaluate staff compliance and recommend disciplinary actions if necessary
- Promote a strong food safety culture within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or sanitation management
- Certification in Food Safety / HACCP / ISO 22000 / ServSafe (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Experience in Jollibee Food Corporation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
