Export Coordinator

  • Checks and verifies documents prepared by Export Department (e.g. Sales Contracts, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin) and from external stakeholders (shipping lines, BOC, product specs from customers, etc.)
  • Verifies billings and processes payment to various third party partners e.g. boker, Third Party Surveyor, foreign laboratories, forwarders etc.
  • Prepare documents as required by external stakeholders e.g. broker, Bureau of Customs, Dept. of Finance, shipping lines etc.
  • Handle timely shipment of outgoing original documents to customers, oil to foreign laboratories for testing, samples to prospective customers.
  • Assist Export Manager in sales efforts.
  • Forward pertinent documents for manager's signature
  • Perform other tasks related to export such as attend trade shows, update GACC and US FDA registration, conduct online research etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years work experience in international sales or export management
  • Reliable with attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • San work independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Candidates must a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses
  • 3 years in international sales or export management
