Contract Management Analyst

- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
- Evaluate contractual terms to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and timelines to ensure obligations are met.
- Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals.
- Maintain a centralized and organized record of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Provide guidance on contractual risks, liabilities, and legal implications.
- Prepare and present reports to management on contract status, issues, and performance.
- Facilitate communication with clients and subcontractors regarding contractual obligations and expectations.
- Support management during project bidding and proposal preparation by reviewing contract terms and pricing conditions.

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
