  • Evaluate contractual terms to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and timelines to ensure obligations are met.
  • Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals.
  • Maintain a centralized and organized record of all contractual documents and correspondence.
  • Provide guidance on contractual risks, liabilities, and legal implications.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on contract status, issues, and performance.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and subcontractors regarding contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Support management during project bidding and proposal preparation by reviewing contract terms and pricing conditions.

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
