RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the design, delivery, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Rolling Stocks for the MRT-7 Project
  • Analyze customer technical specification in terms of systems engineering principle and technology requirements
  • Oversee technical deliverables to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are maintained in several phases (preliminary design, detailed design, manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning and delivery)
  • Review and develop test procedures, test reports, progress reports, schedule, billing and plans
  • Attends and creates meetings materials, provides data, visuals and MOM.
  • Ensure that the Rolling Stock and all related documents are in compliance with the MRT-7 Contract, Performance Requirements and all applicable standards
  • Coordinates with client, stakeholders, government agencies and all parties involved to ensure project progress
  • Interface and collaborate with sub-systems engineers and third parties for design and implementation
  • Performs other related-tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years' working experience in rolling stock or railway industry or other related field
  • Project Management Experience is an advantage
  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Railway Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • With good English-communication skills
