Job Description

Maintain and ensure all machines and equipment are in good running condition and no or zero downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration of machine parameter at the start of the shift
  • Perform set-up and repair of machine problems in shortest possible time
  • Provide technical assistance to Process Engineering
  • Perform weekly cleaning of assigned machines and equipment
  • Prepare status report of machines and equipment before end of the shift

Minimum Requirement:

  • Background in semiconductor- FOL, EOL, Test/ SMT process is an advantage.
  • Graduate of Consumer Electronics, Computer Technology, Computer Programming or Engineering undergraduate.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting schematic diagrams.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Physically fit.
