Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Motorcycle Mechanic to join our service team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with various motorcycle models, and a commitment to safety and quality. Repair tracking is currently done manually.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Duties:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles using manual and diagnostic tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups.
  • Conduct full engine overhauls, suspension work, and other complex repairs as needed.
  • Maintain and update repair logs and service records manually.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
  • Recommend parts replacements and provide cost estimates when necessary.
  • Test motorcycles after repairs to confirm proper functioning.
  • Participate in the future implementation of a digital maintenance tracking system by supporting data input, testing, and team training.

Workshop Duties:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Report equipment and tool maintenance needs.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
  • Provide feedback to improve workshop operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Technical/vocational certification in Motorcycle Repair or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of motorcycle brands and models.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: :* five (5) days a week*, with a forty-eight (40) hour work week based on operating hours, as determined by your Area Manager. Your rest day shall be scheduled twice a week. Occasional overtime depending on case volume
