About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing financial transactions. This full-time role is an integral part of our retail operations, and you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing customer payments, returns and exchanges
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
  4. Reconciling cash drawers and generating sales reports
  5. Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries or complaints
  6. Restocking and organising shelves as needed
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role
  2. Strong numerical and cash handling skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash registers
