About the role

Join Black Armor Industries Corp' as a Mechanic 1 in our Pulilan Bulacan location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a range of automotive Heavy equipment vehicles, ensuring they are running safely and efficiently. Your technical expertise and dedication will be crucial in keeping our fleet in top condition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, brake servicing, and other preventative measures
  2. Diagnose and repair various mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
  3. Perform engine tune-ups, replacements, and overhauls as needed
  4. Document all work completed and maintain detailed records
  5. Liaise with the team to coordinate repairs and prioritise tasks
  6. Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues
  3. Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive mechanics
