  • Performs routine, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Assists in the installation, calibration ,commissioning and testing of new equipment and machinery in collaboration with other departments
  • Conduct tests and experiments on machinery and equipment, collecting and recording data for analysis and evaluation
  • Keeps detailed records of equipment specifications, maintenance procedures and any modifications made to facilitate future reference and traceability.
  • Assembles and disassembles mechanical and electronic components as needed for maintenance repairs or upgrades
  • Identifies and diagnoses technical issues with equipment systems or processes and collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions
  • Calibrates and adjusts various instruments and sensors used in manufacturing processes to ensure
  • Adheres to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring that all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintains an organized inventory of spare parts and materials required for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Provides support during equipment startups, shutdown and changeovers to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions to production
  • Communicates effectively with engineering teams, production staff and other relevant departments to coordinate activities and address any technical issues.

Required Skill/Competencies

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices related to operation and maintenance of machines
  • Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Analytical thinking to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

Training/Experience/Education

  • At least vocational graduate
  • At least 1 year hands on experience in handling documentations, trouble shooting and maintenance
  • Willing to be assigned at Pulilan Bulacan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
