About the role

As a Store Supervisor for GOLDTOWN, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Cauayan City, Isabela. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead a team of sales associates and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, sales, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve store performance
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the store meets all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with regional management to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Maintain a positive and engaging store environment to keep customers coming back

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
  • Work schedule: Monday - Saturday
  • Location: Cauayan City, Isabela
