Overview

The Food Kiosk Team Leader manages the daily operations of the kiosk. The job is to make sure the store runs smoothly, staff follow rules, and customers are happy. The Supervisor also helps in service, food preparation, and cashiering when needed.

Main Duties

  • Supervise daily kiosk operations to ensure good service and profit
  • Make sure staff follow food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in food preparation, serving customers, and handling payments
  • Check inventory and ensure stocks are always available
  • Report broken equipment or do small repairs if possible
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to do their best work
  • Monitor staff performance and give feedback
  • Follow and apply company sales or marketing strategies
  • Ensure all staff follow company rules and brand standards
  • Prepare and submit sales and performance reports

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus)
  • Experience in food service or retail, with leadership role preferred
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Basic math and computer skills for reports and inventory
  • Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
