Position: Creative Designer & Social Media Manager

Employer: Premier The Samgyupsal branches

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager who can bring creativity, strategy, and consistency across our brand and store pages.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for:

  • Design Projects: Develop our Franchise Deck (V1–V2) and Brand Kit (logos, fonts, colors, and templates).
  • Social Media Management: Create monthly content calendars, publish 2–3 posts and stories per week per store, manage occasional paid boosts, and prepare performance reports.
  • Onsite Content Capture: One scheduled shoot day per month per store (BGC & Malolos) to gather photos and videos for social media use.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain organized Google Drive folders for all media and design files.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid: Some days on-site (store), some days at our office (Malate or Marilao).
  • Schedule varies based on content shoots and campaign needs.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: (depends on experience)

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, or Figma preferred)
  • Experience managing brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience creating or designing franchise decks is a major advantage
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple pages and projects
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional on-site shoots
