Job Overview:

The Product Associate will support the sales team by handling IT solutions, generating leads, preparing quotations, managing and selling run-rate deals. To helps ensure deals are properly scoped, priced correctly, and aligned with company standard margin targets while keeping the sales pipeline active.

Job Description:

  • Generate and qualify new leads for assigned solutions.
  • Maintain a steady flow of opportunities each month.
  • Record and update all leads in the CRM and reporting tool.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals from distributors or principals.
  • Assist the sales team with pricing, product details, and solution clarification.
  • Ensure all deals meet the minimum gross profit requirement.
  • Process and manage
    deal registrations
    with vendors and partners.
  • Handle end-to-end sales for approved run-rate accounts.
  • Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and deal closure.
  • Pass larger or more complex opportunities to the sales team.
  • Preparing product and partner solution training for the sales team.
  • Updates on new offerings, pricing changes, and positioning.
  • Help keep solution materials and playbooks updated.
  • Track leads, quotations, and deal progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in IT solutions, system integration, or sales support is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and proposals
  • Familiarity with CRM and Excel
  • Must be okay to work onsite in Makati City.
