Role Overview

The Product Manager – Medical Devices will be responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success of assigned medical device products in Philippines. The role involves close collaboration with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and supply chain teams, as well as regional/global counterparts and strategic principals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

·       Create innovative values and storyline of the existing portfolios to bridge the products' innovative strengths and customer market needs.

·       Based on the point above, develop short- and long-term marketing plans for all medical device portfolios.

·       Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to shape strategy.

·       Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth drivers.

Launch & Lifecycle Management

·       Plan and execute new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.

·       Manage the lifecycle of existing products, including line extensions and updates.

Sales & Marketing Support

·       Provide regular product training, tools, and marketing materials to support the capabilities of the field sales team.

·       Address & collate queries from the market and address it proactively with Wellesta's principals support.

·       Collaborate with sales team to drive business performance.

·       Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement

·       Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, medical associations and hospital decision-makers. Engage them to raise Wellesta and the existing portfolios brand awareness

·       Bridge Wellesta's internal with principals on regular basis to ensure engagement and continuous technical & commercial support

·       Coordinate with medical, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance and product availability.

Reporting & Forecasting

·       Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and product forecasts.

·       Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, medical marketing within the medical device industry

·       Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, especially in medical devices commercial and its processes

·       Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, building a new market segment, particularly within the innovative medical devices.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis with healthcare practitioners

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
