Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear, structured, and accurate digital content, including knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and standardized business templates.
  • Research industry-specific requirements, legislation changes, or best practices to keep content relevant and compliant.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage, curate, and maintain an organized content repository with clear tagging, metadata, and version controls.
  • Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and regularly update materials to reflect industry and regulatory changes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of content management processes, tools, and standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly formats.
  • Experience managing digital content repositories, knowledge bases, or structured data libraries.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with version control and content governance practices.
  • Familiarity with SMB operations, policies, processes, and compliance needs (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).

Pay: Php35, Php80,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Knowledge Management: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Content making: 1 year (Preferred)
