Job Role:

The Technical Audit Engineer will provide a systematic and independent examination of a construction project's data, records, operations, and performance, as well as its related expansion plans.

Act as an Auditor for all assigned Internal Audits and mentor others in design controls, risk management, production, and process validation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adequately plan and execute the Construction Audit professionally, following the approved Audit Program guides surveys, functions, and activities, and obtains sufficient data and/or records to gain an understanding of the existing governance, risk management, or control processes over construction operations and project management.

Examine project documents from initiation, including but not limited to documentation of project approval, bidding requirements/activities, and approval of project awarding

Arranges audit procedures to be done and documents to be used for review to ensure proper time management

Reviews the bid & award process, including contractor solicitation, reference, and selection, and controls, on bid opening

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Engineering graduate, preferably in Civil or Mechanical course
  • PRC Licensed
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Food and Beverage projects
  • With Technical Audit experience, such as Quality Assurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
  • Skilled in Tender documentation
  • Skilled in Cost derivation / Analysis
  • Skilled in Construction Contract Agreements
