Position Overview:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and financial assistance to clients via inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and general financial information.
  • Process account updates, such as changes to personal details, account closures, and new account setups.
  • Assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions of financial products and services.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
