Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labor, tax, and regulatory laws
Represent the company in legal proceedings, when necessary
Conduct legal risk assessments and assist in risk mitigation strategies
Maintain corporate records, legal files, and legal compliance systems
Assist in company policy development and implementation
Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies

Qualifications:

At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law (law firm or in-house legal role)
Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and tax laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Posted salary is not final and may be higher depending on the negotiation during the interview process.
