As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Team Leader to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role within a BPO/customer service environment for at least 5 years.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and contact center tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
