Basic Function

  • In charge in the monitoring of task, duties, functions, work progress, targets and accomplishment of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supervise/Assist the activities of the team to their everyday routine especially on compliance of documentary requirements of accounts due for title conversion.

  2. Assist documentation Officers/Assistants with their problematic accounts and to apply resolutions.

  3. Assist in reviewing, processing of documents due for TCT transfer.

4 Responsible to monitor all documentation process.

  1. Conducts monthly coordination meeting with documentation Officers/Staff for the completed accounts and for accounts due for compliances of documentary requirements.

  2. Responsible in conducting follow up, meeting, discuss with Liaison Officers/Staff with work progress, targets within timetable for submission to buyer and funding institution.

  3. Preparation of weekly and monthly document status report of Bank accounts. 8. Reporting to Department Head concerning status, application, budget, Liaison officers

  4. Monitors application and release of documents at BIR, RD and Assessor's Office for submission of collateral documents to Bank.

  5. Prepares Memo & Correspondence.

  6. Update the REM conversion, coordinate with Bank.

  7. Check and sign all the documents before forwarding it to Accounting Department

Qualification:

  • College graduate of any business related course
  • With at least 1yr work experience in Real Estate Company as Conversion Supervisor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
