PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  1. General cleaning of the company's building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

  2. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles and office tools.

  3. Maintain outdoor grounds and cut grass.

  4. Empty trash and recycle bins

  5. Sweep and clean restrooms, mop the floors.

  6. Perform minor repairs

  7. Perform other duties and functions as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge:

· High school diploma

Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to read and interpret written work orders.

· Handle basic maintenance, building repairs and other janitorial work.

· Able to use basic cleaning equipment.

· Ability to manage your time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
