Position Overview

The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for data entry and maintenance for our integrated enterprise system (SAP). As part of the Data Integrity team, this position is responsible for the accurate entry of data into SAP. The Data Integrity team is responsible for the efficient and effective management of part master data. This will require an individual with exceptional attention to detail, intermediate to advanced computer skills, in-depth knowledge of our business, products and processes.

What you'll do at Insight

  • Manage Product Data: Maintain accurate product information (images, specs, data elements) to company standards; ensure automated feeds populate correctly and manually update non-automated data when needed.
  • Data Quality & Process Improvement: Perform audits, identify system enhancements, and implement improvements to maintain data integrity; communicate with providers/manufacturers to obtain complete product data.
  • Material Maintenance: Oversee product catalog and pricing; review automated feeds, troubleshoot failures, and manually create/discontinue materials in proprietary systems or SAP according to policy.
  • Policy & Compliance: Validate adherence to master data policies; ensure catalog additions align with Insight's strategy and provide guidance on appropriate business opportunities.
  • Customer & Internal Support: Provide support for internal/external customers and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Special Projects: Complete additional assignments and projects as required by the department.

What you'll need to join Insight

  • Associate degree or higher, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP skills.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, process improvement, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive SLAs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills, knowledge of AP style, and ability to create clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams, including marketing and IT, and present information effectively to internal stakeholders and manufacturer representatives.
  • Technical writing expertise, report/business correspondence writing, and strong organizational skills for managing complex processes.
