About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of this leading hospitality and tourism destination in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort's offerings
  • Provide support in organising and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Maintain the resort's online presence, including website updates and social media management
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, and close bookings
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations, reports, and other sales and marketing materials
  • Foster strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing and sales tools, such as CRM software and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
