Sole Surgeon ) is a fast-growing premium shoe cleaning and restoration brand in the Philippines. We are expanding rapidly through mall-based stores and are building strong systems and processes to scale efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for a No-Code Development Intern who will help us design and automate systems using tools like Airtable and other no-code platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in operations, automation, and AI, and who wants to gain hands-on experience in building digital solutions for a growing consumer brand.

Key Projects You'll Work On

  • CRM System to track customer purchase behavior, automate engagement and drive repeat purchase/customer retention
  • Automate Messenger Chat using AI (significant portion of Sole Surgeon sales are from online customers who inquires and places their orders in Facebook/Instagram Messenger)
  • Payroll System with Automated Payslip Generation sent to Employees
  • Shoe Location Tracking and Transmittal Process (shoes are transferred from our mall location to our Centralized Production facility where services are done. We need to track this transfers better and identify the location of the shoes at a given time)
  • Operations Dashboard Development
  • Develop Audit Systems and Process to avoid theft/fraud
  • Experimenting with AI Technology to discover practical use cases for Sole Surgeon's business

We are looking for an intern who wants to apply their programming and logical reasoning skills to develop software solutions that address business use cases using (new) no-code technology.

Important Note:

This is a work-from-home arrangement, hence, you need to have access to your own computer and Internet to do the job. Alternatively, we can also provide you access to these, but it will be an on-site (in-person) work set-up.
