Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development


• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ABAP Cloud in SAP S/4HANA and BTP

environments.


• Implement RAP-based services, CDS views, and OData APIs for integration and UI consumption.


• Ensure compliance with clean core principles and SAP's cloud extensibility guidelines.

Integration & Optimization


• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Integrate SAP systems with external applications using OData, REST APIs, and event-driven

architectures.


• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Quality & Compliance


• Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.


• Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and participate in quality assurance processes.


• Maintain technical documentation for all developments.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement


• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.


• Stay updated on SAP's latest ABAP Cloud innovations, tools, and best practices.


• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


•
3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1 year in ABAP Cloud /

RAP.


• Strong knowledge of CDS views, OData services, and BTP development tools.


• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and clean core principles.


• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Preferred:


• SAP Certification in ABAP for SAP HANA or ABAP Cloud.


• Experience with Adobe Forms, Fiori Elements and UI5 integration.


• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
