Carmona, Calabarzon, Philippines Inventory Exchange Holdings, Inc. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱500,000 per year

Duties & Tasks Performed:

Receiving

  • Checking completeness of Delivery documents prior unloading of materials
  • System transaction of received materials from Supplier
  • Updating, maintaining and submission of Receiving Report Monitoring
  • Submission of system generated reference/documents to respective Client personnel and Supplier
  • Creation and endorsement of system generated document for reference on put-away activity
  • Preparation and monitoring of material for sampling
  • Checking and preparation of unencoded materials from previous day received

Dispatch

  • Checking and reporting of material status and disposition to Client production personnel
  • System transaction of requested materials by Client production
  • Preparation of Dispatch document per order
  • Validation of actual picked materials based on system versus actual checked by Warehouse personnel
  • Updating, maintaining and submission of Order Tracking Report
  • Ensures that transactions are all closed and updated before turn over to the next shift Encoder.
  • Implements system log-off every end of the shift.
  • Monitors and submits truck deliveries status to client personnel.
  • Coordinates with Team Leader and Trucking coordinator on allotted trucks for daily production requirement.

Receiving & Dispatch

  • Answering email and phone queries from Client and Supplier
  • Can communicate well and work under pressure
  • Filing of received and dispatch documents
  • Conduct weekly cycle count inventor
  • Maintain cleanliness and GWP of office working station
  • Follow safety guidelines on warehouse

Qualifications:

  • Preferably College Level
  • Knowledgeable in Excel
  • Knowledgeable in SAP Transaction
  • Can work both independently and with the team
  • Organized handling of documents
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
