Job Details:

We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong video editing experience to join an in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in execution but can also contribute to creative strategy, make recommendations, and maintain high design standards. You'll support senior creatives across a variety of projects, from branding and campaign development to performance-led content design.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and contribute to the conceptual development and execution of brand assets across digital channels

· Design static and motion assets for websites, ads, social media, email marketing, and campaign collateral

· Edit short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

· Advise on creative best practices for branding, performance marketing, and platform-specific content

· Collaborate closely with art direction and strategy teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual identity

· Support brand and campaign rollouts with design systems, templates, and style guides

· Manage multiple design projects independently with strong attention to detail and deadlines

What We're Looking For

· 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an agency or creative studio

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After, Effects, CapCut)

· Proven ability to design with performance and conversion in mind

· Experience developing assets for paid campaigns and optimizing based on performance feedback

· Strong understanding of layout, typography, motion, colour, and storytelling

· Ability to work independently, make decisions, and suggest creative improvements
