We're looking for a thoughtful and versatile Graphic Designer who brings ideas to life visually and understands how to translate brand strategy into stunning, effective design. You'll work closely with our founder, supporting a range of creative projects—brand identities, digital assets, social media content, web design mockups, and more. This is a role for someone who thrives in a small team, values craftsmanship, and enjoys working closely with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founder and clients to conceptualize and execute design projects
  • Create brand identities, style guides, logos, videos and supporting assets
  • Design social media graphics, marketing materials, presentation decks, edit videos and website mockups
  • Refine and roll out creative concepts with consistency across platforms
  • Participate in brainstorms, moodboard development, and creative reviews
  • Maintain file organization and ensure deliverables are polished and on-brand
  • Stay up to date with design trends while maintaining timeless creative standards

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or freelance)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and cross-channel creative
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma or other web layout tools is a plus
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role and open to feedback
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Passion for design thinking and storytelling
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Knowledge of web design best practices
  • Experience working with boutique brands or startups
