Job Overview:

As an Accountant at Welcome Export Inc, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in international trade or import/export industry is a plus
