Are you a proactive and resourceful recruiter with a knack for finding top-tier virtual talent Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter/Sourcer, where you'll play a key role in driving our Virtual Assistant hiring efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys strategic sourcing, and values collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, ATS, and networking platforms
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate fit for client-specific Virtual Assistant roles
  • Manage outreach campaigns and follow-ups to boost candidate engagement
  • Partner with recruiters and Sales/Client Success teams to ensure pipeline alignment
  • Track and report sourcing activity using ATS and CRM tools
  • Take on client-specific requirements and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a bias for action
  • Experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment environments preferred
