About the role

Sonpac Marketing/Tokyo Drifit Custom Apparel is looking for a talented Graphic Designer for Sublimation to join our dynamic creative team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in developing eye-catching, innovative designs for our sublimation printing services. Based in our South Caloocan, Metro Manila office, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, branded solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Creating original, visually compelling designs for sublimation printing on a variety of products
  2. Translating client requirements into innovative design concepts
  3. Preparing design files for production and ensuring they meet technical specifications
  4. Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery
  5. Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and software
  6. Providing design support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or a related field is preferred
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the sublimation printing industry
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory and typography
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  7. Passion for creating visually stunning, impactful designs
