We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist/Designer to join our sublimation printing team, Tokyo Drifit Custom Apparel. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of sublimation processes, and the ability to produce high-quality graphics for apparel, merchandise, and promotional products. This role involves creating and preparing artwork files for production, working closely with clients and the production team to ensure accurate and vibrant printed results.

key Responsibilities:

Design custom graphics for sublimated products such as apparel (jerseys, shirts, hoodies)

  1. Prepare print-ready files using industry-standard formats (vector and raster), ensuring proper sizing, bleed, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and resolution.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements, make revisions, and finalize artwork.
  3. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and templates.
  4. Modify and adjust customer-supplied artwork to meet sublimation printing requirements.
  5. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Stay current with design trends, sublimation techniques, and material-specific requirements.
  7. Organize and maintain a library of design files, templates, and assets.
