Job Summary:

Oversees the financial management of the company with focus on the following major functions such as Financial and Cost Management, Accounts Receivable, Internal Control System, and Information Management. Advises the Managing Director on matters of financial management and administration. Ensures that the Company complies with regulations and internal control programs that will sustain the financial integrity of the Company.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in External Audit and Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Implements policies and directives issued by the Managing Director and other executives to conduct the Company's business.

  2. Develops financial and cost management system and accounting procedures and ensures its implementation.

  3. Ensures the Company's compliance on all monthly, quarterly and annual government and statutory requirements.

  4. Prepares Financial Statements and other financial reports and submits to the Managing Director

  5. Analyzes results of operations and helps the owner in financial decisions.

  6. Prepares cost analysis and identifies cost reduction.

  7. Manages and directs activities of General, Credit and Collection, Cost, Audit and MIS.

  8. Ensures collection efficiency target is met.

  9. Ensures Audit compliance target is met.

  10. Ensures that the Management Information System is working and all targets are met.

  11. Participates in company-wide projects regarding process improvement
