Key Responsibilities

● Oversees day-to-day PR & Events operations across all brands.

● Manages department workload, timelines, resource allocation, and approvals routing.

● Ensures alignment of PR strategy across GoSolar and Prime Tech.

● Supervises Supervisors (Internal + External), Corporate Communications Lead, and other officers.

● Leads high-level planning for expos, seminars, roadshows, sponsorships, and internal events.

● Filters proposals, plans, reports, and budgets before escalation to the Marketing Manager.

● Translates strategy into execution-ready plans.

● Manages timelines, manpower allocation, and inter-team coordination.

● Ensures consistency of messaging, execution, and branding across all events and campaigns.

● Acts as Officer-in-Charge when Marketing Manager is unavailable.

● Monitors KPIs, post-event reports, CSAT/ESAT summaries, and PR performance.

● Consolidates reports before presenting to Marketing Manager.

● Controls budget spending for PR, Events, Collaterals, Brand Reputation, and Engagement.

● Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in: Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations

● 6–9 years in PR, Events, Marketing Operations, or Brand Management

● Strong operational leadership and execution background

● Strong project and people management skills

● High attention to detail and decision-making ability

● Experience managing supervisors and multi-brand workflows

● Vendor management & contract negotiation

● Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams

● To be extremely thorough and detail-oriented

● To work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

● Experience in tech, solar, or B2B domains is a plus

● Willing to work in Las Pinas City
