Job Description:

  • Leading and managing end-to-end POC projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure project success.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G) and RF/Optimization principles.
  • Demonstrating expertise in KPI monitoring, parameter design, traffic management, drive testing, site surveys, complaints handling, and SSV.
  • Utilizing proficiency in LTE TSSR, CQT, and SVT/SSV review.
  • Conducting KPI monitoring for newly on-air LTE sites.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to customers.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing comprehensive project reports, including technical findings, performance analysis, and recommendations.
  • Developing presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 4-years Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the RF/Optimization domain within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G).
  • Experience in project management and activity scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to relocate to Philippines Metro Manila, Office location is BGC, Taguig City.
