JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accommodates attendance concerns and other inquiries via Teams or e-mails.
  • Encodes Attendance, leaves and overtime restoration.
  • Support in attendance encoding, checking and monitoring.
  • Assist to Team Member concern related to HRIS (filing, checking and updating).
  • Support in encoding of Medicine and SU Communication allowance reimbursement.
  • Printing of ID's for new Hires and those with request to re-print the ID.
  • Support in distribution of Loyalty certificate and Loyalty Plague.
  • Prepares Certificate of Philhealth Contributions, CSF, MDR & Paramount forms for confined TMs or dependents.
  • Assist in distribution of COE, MV Plate, OR/CR and Insurance policy.
  • Assist in uniform measurement and distribution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any business related field.
  • Preferably with 6 months - 1 year previous HR & Administrative work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in end to end recruitment process and other HR functions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs.
  • Willing to work with full-onsite setup.
  • Willing to work in STA ROSA, LAGUNA.
  • WILLING TO START ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
