Job Title: OSH Nurse

Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Nurse to join our team. The OSH Nurse will be responsible for promoting, implementing, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety practices, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to employee wellness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
• Conduct regular health assessments and medical screenings for employees.
• Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs in accordance with company policies, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
• Conduct health and safety orientations and training sessions for employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of medical care, workplace incidents, and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with Management, HR, and Safety Officers to address workplace safety and health concerns.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices among employees through wellness activities, seminars, and information drives.
• Manage and oversee the company's workplace health programs, medical supplies, clinic operations, and health-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license in the Philippines.
• With active OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) Membership – required.
• Must have BOSH for Nurses training/certification (OHNAP) – preferred advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, industrial/plant/clinic nursing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE, occupational health & safety regulations, and best industry practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month

Education:

• OSH NURSING: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OHNAP Certificate (Required)
• Nursing license (Required)
