Job Description:

We are seeking a Freelance Land Development Engineer to support our team in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing detailed design plans for various land development projects. The role involves delivering compliant, accurate, and high-quality engineering outputs in coordination with our internal project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review detailed land development engineering plans, including:
  • Site development plans
  • Grading and drainage layouts
  • Roadway and pavement designs
  • Site utilities layout (water, sewer, storm drainage)
  • Ensure all plans adhere to national and local codes, standards, and permitting requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations to improve design efficiency, constructability, and project feasibility.
  • Coordinate with in-house engineers, architects, and consultants to finalize design outputs.
  • Produce and submit complete drawings and documents in AutoCAD / Civil 3D within agreed timelines.
  • Make necessary revisions and updates based on project feedback and regulatory comments.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with an active PRC license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in land development, subdivision planning, or horizontal projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Solid understanding of grading, drainage, roadworks, and site utilities design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output in a remote, project-based setup.
