Career Opportunity: Test Automation Engineer, Python

Location: Mandaluyong City

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
  • Expert proficiency in Python (required).
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and libraries such as SeleniumLibrary and RequestsLibrary.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Selenium and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) tools.
  • Skilled in debugging, exception handling, and test failure analysis.
  • Deep understanding of locator strategies (XPath, CSS Selectors, dynamic element identification).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce applications is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Actively contribute in team discussions and problem-solving.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in automation testing.
