QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate in Marketing or any Business-related course; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or compliance coordination.
  • FMCG or activations industry background preferred, with strong skills in tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain timelines/Gantt charts for BTL programs, consolidate into master trackers, and flag risks or delays.
  • Implement compliance checklists, manage permits/contracts, and ensure adherence to audit and budget protocols.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, post-activity evaluations, and maintain a central activation database.
  • Act as liaison between Marketing, Sales, and agencies; ensure clarity of deliverables and track meeting actions.
  • Recommend process enhancements, champion digital tools, and train teams on documentation and compliance standards.
