Job Description

As a Key Account Manager for SME portfolio, you'll build and nurture relationships with small and medium-sized business clients and serve as a strategic partner helping business grow through 's products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with SME clients through regular touchpoints via volume calls and occasional client visits and identifying opportunities to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in market trends, stay up to date on competitor activities and understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by SME sector.
  • Devise and implement strategic business solutions that promotes upselling and cross selling of 's products and services both meeting and client's focal objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in creating customized account plans driving growth, exceptional service and retention.
Qualifications
  • Must possess good communication and people skills. Able to confidently communicate and present in English to clients across all position levels.
  • Self-learner and resilient. Exudes passion for helping people, excellence, and innovation
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or in solution selling is preferred.
  • Has the initiative and capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as salesforce is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working in related or unrelated field is preferred.
