Location: General Trias, Cavite

Rate: ₱600/day + Overtime Pay

Position Summary

Ang Project Site Clerk ay responsable sa pagsuporta sa mga operasyon sa project site, kabilang ang pag-monitor ng oras ng mga empleyado, pag-inventory ng materyales, at pag-asikaso ng warehouse records. Siya ang magiging tulay ng site papunta sa opisina para sa tamang dokumentasyon at reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mag-record at mag-monitor ng daily attendance at oras ng mga empleyado (timekeeping).
  • Mag-inventory ng construction materials, tools, at equipment sa site.
  • Magtala ng incoming at outgoing materials sa warehouse/bodega.
  • Mag-coordinate sa site engineer/office staff para sa delivery at usage ng materials.
  • Maghanda at magsumite ng mga daily/weekly reports (attendance, materials, etc.).
  • Tumulong sa iba pang clerical at administrative tasks na i-assign ng management.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (College level/graduate ay advantage).
  • Marunong sa basic computer (Excel/Word).
  • May sense of responsibility at maayos sa dokumentasyon.
  • Handang magtrabaho sa construction site environment.
  • Masipag, maayos, at mapagkakatiwalaan.

Work Schedule

  • Regular working days (8 hours/day).
  • May overtime pay kung lalampas sa regular working hours.

Requirements

  • Resume with 2x2 picture
  • NBI Clearance
  • Philhealth, SSS, Pagibig Benefits
  • Valid Government ID

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
