Job Summary:

Perform inventory audits of the critical stocks of the operations and evaluate the efficacy of the company's internal controls to protect assets, ensure the accuracy of the inventory records and prevent fraud.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule the audits
  • Perform routine inventory audits in the farms, hatcheries, and feedmills.
  • Check documents and transactions related to evaluation of the accuracy of the inventories.
  • Accomplish the inventory audit report within the set deadline.
  • Provide recommendations on the improvement of internal controls to minimize risks, optimize utilization of resources, and enhance accuracy of inventory reports.
  • Monitor progress of the agreed corrective actions.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Industrial Engineering , BS Accounting Technology, BS Internal Auditing or any related courses
  • Experience in Audit or inventory related jobs
  • Knowledge in accounting and auditing procedures,
  • Good Microsoft office and spreadsheets skills
  • Has analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Can handle confidential data,
  • Has keen attention to detail,
  • Can work both in field and office,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
