We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Advanced Revit Drafter & Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with exceptional Revit expertise, a strong understanding of design workflows, and outstanding English communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and manage complex Revit models and architectural designs with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Produce detailed construction documents, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and detailing as needed.
  • Assist in rendering and visualization using 3ds Max (preferred but not required).
  • Review and coordinate project drawings, ensuring quality control and compliance with standards.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
  • Strong AutoCAD skills; proficiency in 3ds Max is a plus.
  • Exceptional English communication skills—both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in architectural or engineering drafting and design projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
