Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and clerical support (receiving and filing documents and pleadings), notarization of standard contracts and affidavits.
  • Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the legal department's records and documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team as needed
  • The Legal Assistant shall also provide other assistance to the General Manager and/or Legal Manager as deemed necessary.

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • With or without experience
  • Good Command of English Language, oral or written.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
