About the role

We are seeking a talented Merchandiser (Xiaomi) to join our dynamic team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the presentation of Xiaomi products in our retail stores, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Quezon Quezon.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensuring Xiaomi product displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and adhere to brand guidelines
  2. Collaborating with store managers to identify and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
  3. Restocking and replenishing Xiaomi products as needed, maintaining optimal inventory levels
  4. Providing timely feedback and reporting on product performance and customer feedback
  5. Assisting with the setup and execution of special product launches and promotional events
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest Xiaomi product offerings and industry trends
  7. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any product-related inquiries

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of product presentation
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store managers and retail teams
  5. Familiarity with the Xiaomi brand and products is highly desirable
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  7. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
