About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. (MICO) as an Operation & Transformation Specialist. As a full-time role based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operational transformation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse and optimize existing business processes to drive operational efficiency
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
  3. Lead the design and deployment of new systems, tools, and technologies
  4. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of transformation initiatives
  5. Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to support the company's growth and evolution
  6. Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's transformation roadmap

  1. Extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business transformation within a fast-paced, complex environment
  2. Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions
  3. Strong project management skills and the capacity to drive cross-functional collaboration

  5. A deep understanding of the insurance industry and its key drivers
  6. Relevant qualifications in a field such as business, consulting, or operations management
