  9. Conduct routine checks to maintain consistency in basemix formulation.
  10. Work with the Quality Control (QC) team or Ruminant Nutritionist to resolve quality

issues quickly.

  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and ensure adherence to standards.

  • Equipment & Process Maintenance

  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

  • Identify potential equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for

repairs.

  • Implement process improvements to reduce mechanical failures and downtime.

  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

  • Lead safety training sessions for operators and staff.

  • Inventory & Material Management

  • Monitor raw material availability and consumption trends.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent shortages.
  • Reduce material wastage and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of material usage.
  • Verify that correct products and quantities are dispatched as per sales orders.
  • Reduce dispatch errors (mis-shipments, incorrect quantities, wrong addresses).
  • Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent over/under-dispatching.6.Team Leadership & Training

  • Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvements.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and delivery records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch performance reports.
  • Identify and report delivery exceptions or discrepancies.

8.On-Time Dispatch & Delivery

  • Ensure 100% on-time dispatch of shipments as per schedule.
  • Minimize delays and bottlenecks in the dispatch process.

  • Optimize route planning for faster and more efficient deliveries.

  • Fleet & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate with transportation providers / Rumen Inc fleet for timely vehicle

availability.

  • Optimize loading schedules to maximize truck capacity.
  • Track vehicle movement to ensure real-time monitoring of dispatches
  • Reduce transportation costs by optimizing vehicle utilization and route planning.
  • Minimize demurrage, detention, and unnecessary freight expenses.

  • Improve fuel efficiency through effective scheduling.

  • Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and sales teams.

  • Communicate real-time updates on dispatch status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns related to delivery delays or issues
